We have a beautiful, clean, newly painted and carpeted throughout, 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Condo that sleeps 6 people (Queen sleeper in the living room).
The apartment is located in Raintree Village within the 24 hr manned and gated community of Ventura Country Club. The property is just steps away from Raintree's private year-round heated pool and hot tub, and just 5 minutes walk to the Clubhouse with it's 19th hole bar and restaurant, gym and junior Olympic sized pool. Ideally situated for walking home after a meal and a drink; no worries about drinking and driving home. Check the schedule for the live entertainment in the clubhouse most weekends.
The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, pots & pans, knives, cutlery etc and the china cabinet is full of new white porcelain crockery, serving dishes and new cutlery from Bed, Bath & Beyond. The white plush towels, allergy-free pillows and bed-linens are all new with spares in the closet. There are also puzzles, board games, dominoes, cards, DVDs and DVD games for your enjoyment.
There are hairdryers in the bedroom dressers, and 4 new unisex waffle spa robes hanging in the closets, which you are welcome to use at the pool if you haven't brought your own.
There is also an iron and ironing board in the closet, in case you need to press a few garments. The fees are ALL INCLUSIVE! No processing, utility, amenity or cleaning fees!
