Quinn Villa is a New executive 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Home and is beautifully furnished to a very high specification. One of only a few homes in the “Premium Plus” range! Upgrades include wooden flooring throughout downstairs and the staircase, granite worktops in the kitchen and classy wooden window shutters throughout. Quinn Villa is very spacious & comfortably sleeps 8 people.
Our home consists of 4 Bedrooms – One King Size with ensuite & Jacuzzi, two Queen Bedrooms (one with ensuite) and one twin room all of which all contain flat Screen TV’s with Cable, there is also a further family bathroom. Our home offers a superbly equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer/ ice maker, oven & hob surrounded with Granite worktops. Our dining area and living room are furnished to an executive standard and include Flat Screen TV, Hi fi & games console/DVD Player with a selection of games and DVD's. Our home is also equipped with free access to Wi-Fi . You will also find a Washing Machine/Dryer within our Home. Fully air-conditioned throughout.
To make your holiday as comfortable & straightforward as we can for you will find a Sat Nav inside our home for you to use during your stay.
For those of you who have babies you will find a high chair, sterilising unit and bottle warmer within our home for your use.
Basically all you need to bring is yourself, your family and your clothes everything else is here waiting for your dream Florida holiday to begin!

Rental Rate Details:
We have children of our own and know how holiday prices rise considerably over the School Holidays. We have taken this into account with our pricing which we hope you will find acceptable.
PRICING STRUCTURE
£375.00 PER 7 NIGHT STAY ANYTIME OF THE YEAR
Rates INCLUDE a $10.00 a day Resort Fee charged per townhouse at the resort.
Rates INCLUDE Florida County and State Tax of 12%
Quinn Villas is also available for daily, weekly, long weekend and monthly rentals. (Minimum stay of 3 nights)
A $90 Cleaning Fee is INCLUDED with stays of 7 nights or longer.
There will be an additional cleaning charge of £55.00 or $90 if your stay is under 7 nights.
Additional Information about Quinn Villas rental rates:
All bookings will require a £200.00 or $250.00 security deposit added to the final invoice. This amount will be refunded within 30 days of your departure from our home as long as no damage has been reported by our Management Company.
Payment Options
We prefer payment by bank cheque or internet banking transfer in either UK£ or US$.
We can also take payments via PayPal (4% surcharge).
A downpayment of 25% of booking must accompany bookings, which is non-refundable. Upon clearance of the payment, the booking is confirmed.
The balance must be paid six weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday along with a refundable Security Deposit of £200 / $250

Our home is also equipped with free access to Wi-Fi . Quinn Villa sleeps 8 people.
Regal Palms is a private Gated resort which can only be entered via the use of electronic key cards, all facilities on Regal Palms are solely for residents use only.
Regal Palms offers excellent facilities for the 'down time' between all your 'park hopping' boasting a 2 acre waterpark (opening times 8am-11pm) consisting of two pools, lazy river & waterslide surrounded by sunbeds to relax and top up your tan whilst enjoying a drink from the poolside Tiki bar. Alternatively you can take a dip in the bubbly hot tub. There is also a children's play area, resturant & volleyball court.
