Q Why should I list my home with you?

| Q But what type of listing do I get for free? |
| A The same as everyone else. Unlimited text, pictures, links to your other site, your phone, fax and cell number displayed. And by the way your email address is the place where ALL enquiries will go to. |
| Q How do you do this for free? |
| A We do have a banner ad program throughout the site, and we do offer to upgrade your listing to a featured listing if you wish. |
| Q What is a featured listing? |
| A A featured listing is just that. It is shown in bold, marked as featured, is shown on rotation on the site home page and search pages. Featured listings are always returned FIRST ON ALL SEARCHES. |
| Q How much is that then? |
| A The prices can be seen here, you do not have to upgrade if you do not wish to do so, but featured listings generate over 50% more enquiries than standard listings |
| Q I have more than one home to list. Can I do that? |
| A Yes you can list 2 homes with us. If you need to list more just email us from here, and let us know how many properties you wish to list. We do make a small admin charge to activate your account for more properties. |
| Q. Can I link to my own website? |
| A. Yes you can, but please put a link on your own site to ours at www.venturaorlando.com please, it will only help us all with better search engine rankings. |

| Q. I get an error when I try to register as an owner. The error says - not recognised. What do I do? |
| A. You must access the owner sign up page through the site main page. This is to prevent automated spam listings. Go to www.venturaorlando.com, and then refresh that page using the button in your browser. Then click the advertise link at the top of the main page, then the link to add a home. If you still have problems please email us from the contact page and we will set the account up for you. |

| Q. I have set the Lat and Longditude for my property, but now I get an error when I click the map link. |
| A. Latitude and Longditude need to be set as shown in the mapping guide section. They should look something like this: Latitude 28.512557433439063 and Longditude -81.29906818270683. Notice there are no spaces and the " - " sign needs to be inserted if it is shown on the geomapping page. |
